  • Troy Ripley

    Landscape Department Head

    With over two decades of experience since graduating from Purdue, Troy leads the landscape department with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into artistic, functional extensions of the home. He loves creating unique spaces where families can gather and make memories. Outside of work, Troy enjoys woodworking, classic cars, fishing with his sons, and spending time with his whippets and family.

  • Manny Gutierrez

    Landscape Production Manager

    Manny joined YardWorks in 2014 and has been leading field crews since 2020. In 2025, he took on expanded responsibilities managing preparation and construction operations. Outisde of work Manny loves to cheer on his favorite soccer team, Cruz Azul, and relax with his family. 


  • Lindsey Clarke

    Landscape Designer

    Lindsey has worked professionally in the landscape industry since 2020, but her love for design has always been a driving force. She finds joy in crafting beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. With experience designing for coastal, inland, and urban settings, she thrives on the diversity the South Carolina climate offers. Her favorite part of the job? Meeting all the dogs! Lindsey usually plans her next travel adventure when she’s not designing.

  • Bobby Trifone

    Landscape Architect

    A Clemson University graduate, Bobby has been shaping outdoor environments since 2020. He’s passionate about creating spaces that bring homeowners long-term enjoyment. When he's not designing, you can find him surfing or cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

  • John Ferrie

    Landscape Designer

    John brings a lifetime of experience to his role, having grown up in a family-owned landscape business and working professionally since 2004. He loves seeing a space evolve from concept to completion and finds satisfaction in watching landscapes mature over time. John enjoys family time, cooking, and the great outdoors outside the office.

  • Sarah Stewart

    Landscape Design & Flower Program Manager

    Sarah has been in the landscape industry since 2011 and specializes in integrating floral design into landscape plans. She believes flowers may seem like a small detail, but they often leave the biggest impression. Sarah values YardWorks’ team-first culture, calling it the most supportive environment of her 14-year career. When she’s not designing, she enjoys sailing, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her child and grandchild.

Maintenance Department

  • Todd Nedorostek

    Maintenance Department Manager

    Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry and an Associate’s in Arboriculture from UMass and The Stockbridge School of Agriculture. An ISA-certified arborist and TCIA Tree Care Safety Professional, Todd has over 30 years of industry experience. He spent his early career in tree care before transitioning into safety, training, and operations. At YardWorks, He leads the Maintenance Division, focusing on proactive, comprehensive service and team development. He enjoys fishing, golfing, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his family.

  • Orlando McBride

    Account Manager (Mount Pleasant & Awendaw)

    Originally from South Carolina and raised in New York, Orlando has worked in landscaping since the early 2000s and joined YardWorks in 2020. A dedicated family man and passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, he brings energy and commitment to every client he serves.

  • Trent Smith

    Account Manager (Mount Pleasant, Charleston, West Ashley, Kiawah Island, Johns Island & James Island)

    Trent, originally from Black Mountain, NC, has been in landscaping and golf course maintenance for five years. He joined YardWorks in 2023 and enjoys helping clients maintain vibrant, healthy properties. In his free time, he’s grilling steak, playing golf, or heading to the beach with his dog, Hank.

    Account Manager (Sullivan’s Island)

    With 30 years of experience, Craig thrives on helping clients bring their vision for outdoor spaces to life. His favorite part of the job is building relationships and turning ideas into reality. A proud New Yorker, he cheers for the Giants, Mets, and Islanders.

  • Erick Pujals

    Account Manager (Isle of Palms & Wild Dunes)

    Erick began landscaping in 1998 and earned a horticulture degree in 2017. Originally from West Palm Beach, FL, he moved to South Carolina in 2009. Erick enjoys connecting with clients, learning their stories, and delivering high-quality care. He’s a proud father of two and shares his home with two Great Danes—Remy and Mazie.

    Irrigation Program Manager & Chemical Program Coordinator

    With a background in irrigation, lighting, and custom homebuilding, Dawson brings a detail-oriented approach to every project. He enjoys learning something new each day and helping clients keep their landscapes thriving. When he's not on the job, he’s likely on the golf course—enjoying the challenge and the scenery.
